After reading my story in the Scotsman newspaper BBC Radio Scotland called me to invite me to the Mornings show. What a great opportunity, but scary as well as it was live. They also invited a former soul spa guest Keith from Liverpool, to join so he could talk about his experiences of the retreat and what he got out of it.
The radio session was an interesting and exciting experience. Everybody at the BBC studio was very niche and Jackie Brambles did an amazing job as a presenter. I felt she really understood what it is we’re doing and why. And Keith’s story is powerful and inspiring feedback.
