Upcoming Soul Spas at a glance

16-21 April 2023: Lower Largo, East Coast of Scotland / 11-16 June 2023: Lower Largo, East Coast of Scotland / 14-19 October 2023: Isle of Bute, West of Scotland
Because of a cancellation we have one place available on the next Soul Spa in April (16-21 April 2023). The venue is right on the seafront in the coastal village of Lower Largo, overlooking the beach. It will be an uplifting retreat with walks, creative things, delicious food….all in the company of people who REALLY understand 🥰. Link in bio I‘ve been experimenting with cyanotypes today since the weather was perfect for it. I sometimes do a cyanotype creative session at Soul Spas….is this something you might be interested in trying? No creative knowledge required 😉✨ This came in an email with my yoga video. I find the words very beautiful. We all need this invisible cloak of love around us ot mind our lives. Remember, you are not alone. There are so many others struggling with loss as well..... Wishing you an OK Christmas This book arrived today. I‘d ordered it after it was mentioned in a radio interview. I find the poems incredibly moving. In the foreword the author, whose wife died of cancer, said „I hadn’t known such need for poetry before.“ I can totally relate to that, suddenly poetry made sense and became the most fitting shape for words for expressing and communicating some of the bigness of grief…. 2023 Retreats are now ready for booking! Wee dip in the beautiful sunset near Ettrick Bay with @yoganuu ….magical! This afternoon the amazing @shirleytorrance introduced us to her magic. How a few strands of wool can be turned into a beautiful vessel, just through our energy! An afternoon of feeling the creative flow, in the cosy kitchen at @munrosonbute and fuelled by coffee and the most delicious homemade cakes ❤️🙏🏻
