Accommodation & catering

What type of accommodation will we be staying in? 

We use luxury self-catering properties for Fire & Rain soul spas as it means we get the whole house to ourselves and are flexible with mealtimes etc. All are in locations of great natural beauty and have a special feel about them.

What are the sleeping and bathroom arrangements? 

The properties have usually a mix of twin and double rooms. Since naturally there won’t be any couples among participants, double rooms will count as single rooms. If more guests request single occupancy than we have single rooms, rooms will be allocated on first come first served basis. In case of twin occupancy these will be same-sex.

In Bute all rooms are en-suite. In Mull and Lower Largo some have to share a bathroom. You usually won’t have to share with more than one other person. Again, en-suite rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Do I have to bring bed linen or towels? 

No, these are provided.

Will smoking be allowed? 

Not inside the house, but there’s an area outside where you can.

What if I need accommodation nearby before or after the soul spa?

Ute is an experienced tourism operator through her other business Wild at Art Ltd. She will be happy to help you find suitable accommodation.

Do you cater for vegetarians/ vegans/ guests with food intolerances?

Yes, we take allergies etc. seriously and will do our best to accommodate everybody. Please let us know at the time of booking what your requirements or preferences are so we can plan accordingly.
