2018 Soul Spa Breaks

May my heart be kind, my mind fierce, and my spirit brave. {Kate Forsyth, The Witches of Eileanan}

In 2018 we’re adding two new beautiful locations – the Isle of Mull in the Inner Hebrides in Scotland and St Lizier in south western France. So you can now choose between the Big Beach House on the Isle of Arran, Killiechronan House on the Hebridean island Mull, and the Chateau St Michel in the heart of the Ariége region. And we’re also offering a new type of soul spa in addition to the “traditional” ones – the Mindfulness Soul Spa led by Dr Avinash Bansode. The Mindfulness Soul Spa (10 -15 February 2018 in Mull or 15-20 September in Arran) will suit those who want to learn about mindfulness in the context of grief in a more structured way, including talks and teachings.

  1. My husband is dying of cancer and I have been his carer for 7 years
    I will need a break but don’t know when at the moment but this sounds a wonderful idea

    1. Dear Sandra, I’m very sorry to her about your husband. I know from personal experience (very close friends) how difficult this situation is, also and maybe especially for the carer, who carry so much on their shoulders. I could add you to the mailing list for information on future soul spas if you like. Best wishes, take care Ute x
