24 – 27 January 2019 Còsagach ~ Yoga & Creative Soul Spa, Calgary Bay, Isle of Mull (confirmed)

To get the new year off to a good start we’ve created a cosy retreat weekend at Calgary Bay on the Isle of Mull for you. Find out more here

9 – 14 June 2019 Nature Nurture ~ Mindfulness Soul Spa, East Coast of Scotland  (confirmed)

We are delighted to work with Dr Avinash Bansode on this retreat whose particular passion is teaching a kind and mindful approach to living. Our location is the stunning Cardy Net House, right on the beach in the East Neuk of Fife. Find out more here

  1. My husband is dying of cancer and I have been his carer for 7 years
    I will need a break but don’t know when at the moment but this sounds a wonderful idea

    1. Dear Sandra, I’m very sorry to her about your husband. I know from personal experience (very close friends) how difficult this situation is, also and maybe especially for the carer, who carry so much on their shoulders.
