Upcoming Soul Spas

9 – 14 June 2019 Nature Nurture ~ Mindfulness Soul Spa, East Coast of Scotland

We are delighted to work with Dr Avinash Bansode on this retreat whose particular passion is teaching a kind and mindful approach to living. The programme also includes a session with Scottish herbalist Anna Canning from Floramedica, who will take us on a foraging walk and teach us how to make our own creams and balms of 100% natural ingredients. Our location is the stunning Cardy Net House, right on the beach in the East Neuk of Fife. Find out more here

There is now only one twin room left – available for single occupancy or two guests sharing.

23 – 27 January 2020 Còsagach ~ Yoga & Creative Soul Spa, Calgary Bay, Isle of Mull

You may need a bit of nature nurture and loving self-care at the start of a new year, when it’s still cold and dark outside. Following the wonderful retreat we had at Calgary Bay this January we’ve already booked the venue again for next year. Find out more

Visit the feedback page for photos and feedback from our wonderful guests.

Private Soul Spa

From time to time I also offer private soul spas on a one-to-one basis with chance to explore some beautiful places right in the heart of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. Click here to find out more.

  1. My husband is dying of cancer and I have been his carer for 7 years
I will need a break but don’t know when at the moment but this sounds a wonderful idea

    1. Dear Sandra, I’m very sorry to her about your husband. I know from personal experience (very close friends) how difficult this situation is, also and maybe especially for the carer, who carry so much on their shoulders. I could add you to the mailing list for information on future soul spas if you like. Best wishes, take care Ute x
