How can I book a place? 

You can secure your space by completing the online reservation form and paying a non-refundable deposit of £300. We’ll send you an invoice for the deposit as soon as you’ve submitted your details online and hold your space until the payment due date. Bookings will be processed in the order they arrive in.

What happens next? 

Once we’ve received the deposit we will confirm the booking by email. The remaining payment will be due 6 weeks before the start date. With the invoice for this we will also send you detailed information about your soul spa. You can get in touch anytime before then, of course, if you have any questions.

What’s included in the price?

Prices include 5 nights in luxury accommodation; all meals, snacks and beverages (coffee, teas, hot chocolate, fruit juices, freshly made smoothies, alcoholic drinks in moderation); minibus and ferry transport for excursions during the stay when travelling as a group; organised walks; some guided meditations; Fire & Rain diary; art materials; use of yoga mats, resource library and other equipment; a few little surprises. (Flights and transport to and from the Soul Spa venue are not included)

How do I pay?

Payments can be made by online bank transfer or PayPal once we’ve sent you an invoice.

Do you have a waiting list for fully booked soul spas? 

Yes, we keep a waiting list to re-fill places in the event of cancellations. Contact us to be placed on the list.

Could I book for a shorter break than advertised?

We are not able to offer partial attendance at this time. Thank you for your kind understanding.

What is the group size at soul spas? 

There will be a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 guests.
